MURTER SUNNY HOUSE REGULATIONS

Welcome!

We kindly ask you to review these regulations outlining the responsibilities of guests staying at MURTER SUNNY HOUSE. Our aim is to ensure safety and comfort during your stay.

1.
Only guests listed in the reservation (maximum 6 people) may use the house.

2.
If more individuals are found residing in the house than were declared during booking, the owner reserves the right to terminate the agreement without refund.

3.
Rental operates on a daily basis: check-in is from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure.

4.
Guests are financially liable for damages, vandalism, or missing items from the house and its surroundings.

5.
Report any damages or defects to the owner. Guests are responsible for repair costs, calculated based on current market prices.

6.
We are not responsible for items or money left in the house. Guests must safeguard their belongings.

7.
We cannot guarantee uninterrupted water or electricity services. Please report any issues (e.g., outages, gas, or air-conditioning problems) to reception.

8.
Early departures, for reasons beyond the owner’s control, are non-refundable.

9.
The accommodation fee does not include guest insurance or liability for personal injuries or damage.

10.
When leaving, ensure all electrical devices are turned off, and windows and doors are securely closed.

11.
Free parking is available for one vehicle per house. We are not liable for parked vehicles.

12.
For safety, BBQ grilling must be done away from the house’s wooden structure and outside its covered area.

13.
Open fires are prohibited on the property.

14.
Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the house, which is equipped with smoke detectors.

15.
Guests may not use personal gas or electric appliances not provided by the house or bring flammable/explosive materials.

16.
Pet stays must be pre-approved by the owner.

17.
Pet owners are responsible for cleanliness and maintaining peace on the property. (See “Pet Stay Rules.”)

18.
Guests must return the house in its original condition.

19.
Lost keys incur a €50 charge for replacement and administrative costs.

20.
Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM.

21.
Police intervention may result in immediate termination of the rental agreement without a refund.

22.
These regulations constitute a binding agreement effective from the deposit payment. Disputes will be resolved amicably or by the court in Šibenik.

23.
Violating these regulations may lead to immediate contract termination without refund.

24.
Booking constitutes acceptance of these regulations.

 

Pet Stay Regulations

 

1.
The owner must maintain full control over their pet.

2.
A pet health book with up-to-date vaccinations must be presented.

3.
Pets should relieve themselves outside the premises.

4.
The owner must clean up after their pet both inside the house and on the premises.

5.
Any damage caused by the pet must be covered by the owner. Enjoy your stay!

Information on how to file a written complaint

In accordance with Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act, you may file complaints regarding purchased products or services in writing at the company’s office, by mail, or via email at: STAY IN MURTER d.o.o., Tunsićka ulica 1A, 22243 Murter, Croatia, E-mail: info@murtersunnyhouse.com, email: info@murtersunnyhouse.eu.
The complaint must include your full name and contact information for delivering the response. A written reply to the submitted complaint will be provided no later than 15 days from the receipt of the complaint at the address given when the complaint was filed.
