Located in the picturesque region of Šibensko-kninska županija, just 70 meters from the sea in the sandy bay of Slanica!

MURTER SUNNY HOUSE

Murter Sunny House is a spacious holiday home with an area of 38 m², ideal for families and couples. The house has two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and an additional sleeping place in the living room – a Futon sofa, providing space for two people. The kitchenette is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, gas stove, refrigerator, TV, blender, coffee maker, moka pot, and microwave. The house has two separate bathrooms for maximum comfort.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF SLANICA BAY

A beautiful, large terrace with a view of Slanica Bay, perfect for morning breakfasts and evening dinners, is available. In the garden, you can relax on deck chairs. For active guests, there are two bicycles and SUPs, allowing for active time and exploring the area. These attractions are, of course, available at no extra cost.

The house is equipped with a large stone grill and a smaller grill, ideal for holiday barbecues. On-site technical service is available to ensure full comfort during your stay.

Just 70 meters from Murter Sunny House is the beautiful sandy beach in Slanica Bay. At the sandy beach, there are slides for children, a place serving ice cream and snacks, and a mini pool, making it ideal for families with children. Within 100 meters, you will find everything you need for a successful day by the water. Along the shoreline, there is a picturesque promenade full of cafes and restaurants, just 80 meters from the house. Enjoy the best mussels and oysters in all of Croatia, available in local restaurants.

If you can’t imagine a vacation without your pet you don’t have to worry. Murter Sunny House is pet-friendly, and nearby is a special dog beach, so your four-legged friend will also have a great vacation. If you are not a fan of hot months and the heat of the holiday season, Murter Sunny House is an excellent choice in the off-season. In May and September-October, the average air temperature is about 22-25°C, and the water in Slanica Bay has an average temperature of 23-26°C. This region is characterized by a mild, pleasant climate, ideal for exploring and relaxing. Try our house during this period to enjoy the pleasant warmth without the scorching heat, and also enjoy a relaxing holiday off-season, enjoying a quieter atmosphere.
